Terms of service

The plain terms for using Talon: accounts, prices, orders, delivery and support.

Last updated 6 November 2026. Plain language on purpose; ask a person if anything is unclear.

What Talon is

Talon is an SMM panel: a storefront where you buy social-media services — followers, likes, views, subscribers, members, plays and comments — that are delivered by third-party suppliers. Talon does not own the accounts used for delivery.

Your account

Use an email address you can read. Keep your password to yourself and do not share your API key; both act as keys to your wallet. One account per person. You are responsible for orders placed with your session or API key.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown per 1,000 units in US dollars, on the service page and in the order form, before you confirm. The order form shows the exact charge for the quantity you enter. Wallet credit is used to pay for orders. Top-ups are added to the wallet after payment is confirmed.

Orders and delivery

You must own the link you submit or have permission to promote it, and the profile, post or channel must be public. Delivery times are the supplier's published estimates, not guarantees. If we cannot start an order, you are not charged. If delivery stops short, the undelivered share is credited back to your wallet automatically. See Refunds.

What we will not deliver

We refuse orders for illegal content, content that violates a platform's rules in a way that harms people, and any attempt to use Talon to harass or deceive. We may cancel and refund an order we cannot or should not fulfil.

Availability and changes

The catalogue changes when supplier lists change; a service can disappear or its limits can move. We may update these terms, and the date at the top always shows the current version. If a change materially affects an order already placed, we will handle that order under the terms that were live when it was placed.

Support

A person reads support messages, usually within a few hours. Write from the support page or email [email protected]. We never ask for your password or API key.
